Synergy Technology Celebrates 20 Years of BusinessFebruary 12, 2007 -- For 20 years Synergy Technology’s engineering and design services have been helping companies bring their products to market. What began with a project to design one product is now a team of mechanical and electronic engineers and technicians assisting clients in all aspects of product development and product life cycle management. Over the years Synergy has been a turn-key outsource engineering department for clients as an alternative to hiring staff or contracting on a project-by-project basis. In this capacity Synergy Technology provides the entire engineering function, working closely with the client’s management and staff. This allows smaller companies to have numerous engineering resources on a budget that may otherwise only support an engineer or two. Trisha Ruby, Synergy’s Mechanical Department Manager tells people, “It can be like having you own ‘on-call’ engineering department.” Larger companies have used Synergy Technology as a temporary resource to get projects done without disrupting the priorities of their current staff or to obtain a fresh perspective on a project. Many situations arise where an outside engineering firm is the answer. Synergy Technology is organized to meet these requirements with a mixture of specialized services and general engineering design capabilities. Synergy Technology’s president, Ray Bryan, and his team envision expanding what he terms their “Distributed Engineering Environment” into new, and potentially underserved engineering markets.
