From prototypes to mass production, as part of a product
development project or a single component, Synergy Technology
specializes in the design of mechanical elements, including
electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical components. Our
experience with a variety of materials and manufacturing
processes means each design is optimized for the efficient use
of material and fabrication technique. We design components
from plastic, metal and other materials. Our manufacturing
process experience includes injection molding, machining,
stamping, thermal forming, sheet metal fabrication, powdered
metal, sand casting, die casting, and other processes. Synergy
Technology produces drawings using computer aided design
[CAD] to ANSI, ISO and other industry standards including
the appropriate use of geometric tolerances as necessary.
Component documentation archives and revision control is
maintained for our clients.
