Ray is the principal engineer at Synergy Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with
a bachelors and masters degree in mechanical engineering emphasizing numerical methods and
solid mechanics. These advanced studies have provided technical and analytical skills to
complement his design expertise allowing components with demanding requirements to
benefit from appropriate analysis. In addition, Ray has received
numerous patents over his 26 years in industry, and has managed new
product development in diverse and multiple fields from concept to manufacturing
implementation.
Trisha
has 24 years of experience in design, mechanical testing, system testing and
experimental design. Trisha brings a broad base of industry experience to the
Synergy Technology team including aerospace, biomechanics, medical devices, and
solar energy applications. She has been a participant on ASTM technical
committees, participated in the creation and certification of an ISO design
control system, and is familiar with industry and government standards and
government product approval processes.
She
has been a key resource in the compliance review process while with Synergy.
Trisha has both bachelor and master degrees in mechanical
engineering.

Jim has over 33 years experience in mechanical and electro-mechanical design, including the
aerospace, analytical instrumentation and industrial tool fields. His background also includes
extensive experience in P.C. board design, both analog and digital, using surface mount and
through hole technology. With this background and by utilizing various CAD tools, complex
and demanding electro-mechanical packages can be achieved.

Megan is a licensed Professional Engineer with a bachelors degree in Mechanical
Engineering and is a strong, versatile resource on the Synergy
Technology team. Megan's nine years of experience with the firm
includes complex solid modeling design emphasizing injection molding,
machined components, sheet metal and other fabrication processes.
Her
can do attitude has taken multiple products full cycle, from gaming
devices through analytical devices. Megan interacts well with
manufacturing and production support combining technical writing,
assembly and test procedures writings with component research and
procurement.
Pete is a licensed Professional Engineer and has a bachelors degree in mechanical
engineering emphasizing heat transfer. Peter has over 24 years experience in engineering
design and project management, with projects ranging from heavy
equipment machine design to large complex laboratory based scientific instrumentation. Peter's
experience also includes software development utilizing micro-dataloggers for system
control and data acquisition.

An energetic, innovative, people oriented,
hands-on leader with more than 30 years experience bringing
complex, and technology based products from concept to market in a
timely manner. Richard has a B.S. in Math and Physics from Kent
State University. Richard’s early career centered in the process
control and instrumentation fields while later achievements
culminated in directing multimillion-dollar projects for multiple
organizations. Richard professional experience includes MTI
Technology, Inc where he served as Chief Technical Officer, CEO
and founder; owner of Micro Development Associates, and Senior
Engineer at both Nucleonic Data Systems and Monitor Systems
Corporation.

Mike has over 20 years of experience as a hands-on troubleshooter and
electronic design technician. With a strong understanding in digital electronics
and microprocessing, his firmware and hardware specialties adds powerful support
to the Synergy Technology’s electronic capabilities. Mike’s early experience
and professional training began in television and instrumentation repair
followed by 12 years of instrumentation design, test and troubleshooting with
MTI Technology. For the last 8 years, Mike has proved a valued resource for
Synergy Technology.

has an associate’s degree in electronics, and prior military experience as a
technician.
